Q: Are there any restrictions on where and how I can use my tv4travel video?
A: No, not at all. In fact, quite the reverse. You retain full and unrestricted right to use your video for life.

Q: How could I use my tv4travel video to promote my business?
A: The first application would be your own website’s home page (just like the tv4travel home page) and in your emails to prospective clients. we would also suggest uploading your videos to top travel sites such as TripAdvisor, Travelistic and WhereAreYouNow (WAYN). Did you know 8m people subscribe to WAYN, have you updated your listings on these sites yet? You should...

Q: Why are the video edits less than a minute long?
A: Visitors are looking for a first-hand look around your business and will become bored by anything more than 45-60 seconds long. The key to tv4travel’s success is to create videos that have immediate impact and capture the essential information quickly. The aim is to promote sales. There’s a very good reason why national television advertisements are between 30-60 seconds long.

Q: When edits are described as 45 seconds why are many longer than this?
A: This is what we feel is the target time. Although most video tend to run to natural length and can be up to nearer to 50 seconds. On rare occasions a video will look just right at under 45 seconds, but we don’t want anyone to feel short changed! So we state 45 seconds as our standard edit length.

Q: I could use more still photographs of my establishment that you offer. Can this number be increased?
A: As tv4travel has a professional photographer on site, we have included a selection of still photographs at no additional cost. These are designed to provide you with some up to date images and are best directed to any recent changes, like a new garden feature or redecorated room.

Q: If I have two businesses can I buy one package to film them both?
A: As long as both businesses are on the same site then that should be fine. If the brief involves additional travel then let’s talk about how we can provide a package that suits you needs.
